Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier services for larger items.

📦 Standard Shipping – $14.95 (Free for orders over $200)
🚀 Express Shipping – $19.95

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are shipped from Casterton, Victoria. We aim to dispatch 90% of orders the next business day for items that are in stock. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Areas – 2-6 business days for standard shipping, 1-3 business days for express.
  • Regional & Rural Areas – 3-10 business days for standard shipping, 2-5 business days for express.
  • Remote Locations – Delivery times may be longer depending on Australia Post and courier services.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Courier Services for Larger Items

For larger or bulky items, we may use courier services instead of Australia Post. If this applies to your order, pricing will be given at checkout and we will provide tracking information and estimated delivery times once the item is shipped.
